Contracts
After four days negotiation have to start negotiation again from scratch and if not completed in next few days player leaves club. How is this right?

Yes, unfortunately you only have a limited time to negotiate a contract - but four days means eight attempts. With a bit of experience, that's plenty of time.

All of your players have double digits left on their contract so you should be okay.

Also, if you've not negotiated contracts at that team yet it's worth knowing that the contracts your players are on when you take over are very low. You will always have to increase their wages by quite a lot that first time.
