Did your transfer rating decrease (as in withdrawing other bids) between placing the bid on the player and opening negotiations with him?

Nope. I had always had -1 I think.

From what I can recall startign on 0
I've sold a player.
I've pulled out on a player.
I've bought a player.

That's my history. Between yesterdays 8pm win and negotation and today's 8am negotiation, nothing has happened.

Take into account withdrawing a bid during negotiations stage will take more than 1 of your transfer rating (I'm not sure how it works but I'm positive it decreases by 3 points if you sit at 10 and pull from offering a contract).

that i can't remember. i will say that it looks like thurs 8pm negotiations went through so i guess i can ignore the message....i hope
