Transfer rating issue
Hi

Sorry if it has been asked before but I'm unsure if this is a bug or just bad management by me

My transfer rating took a hit as i pulled out of a transfer at the last min. Not my finest hour but the wage demands would have crippled my club long term

That being said I now have entered transfer talks with a player. But it says my transfer rating is too low to make an offer

So I am guessing I will also miss out on this guy even though i bid the most?

If you can't make an offer then that's that I reckon.

Although i have noticed that my TR remains unchanged at -1.....

It's probably at -0.6 or summat...

Next one will see it improve, I'm sure.
