Increase in scouting terms
Sorry if I missed something, but I've just found that my scouts started to work 2 times slowly. For instance, if couple days ago the process was updated each day by 25%, now its became only 12.
Is it a bug or just a novel rulles?

Everything was as usual .... that's why the question arrised

It was a regular country - position search for a 36+ rated scouts. Usually it take 4 days to finish such work, but now I found only 12% to be updated (think it should be 12.5 as a half of 25, but rounded to 12)

OK. If you don't mind me asking. What were you scouting for that took your 36 rated scouts 4 days to find?

And what are you scouting for now that's taking your 36 rated scouts twice as long.

My scouts are rated 36 and 35.

They take 4 days if i select the basics only

Age-Any
Height-Any
Position-Goalkeeper
Best position-Any
Build-Any
Foot-Any

Any extras extend the time that it takes to return.

Thats how it worked also in my case. Moreover, same 4 days were needed if i select the following

Position-Goalkeeper
Best position-Goalkeeper

or even

At least it worked from the very beginning of the game till yesterday.
The most strage moment is that the one of my scouts changed the progress rate during the search. I have 5 scouts who work at the same rates. I sent them simultaneously and after 3 days of scouting all af them had a progress of 75, but on the fourth day 4 of scouts had finished their tasks, and the 5th one got only 89 instead of 100% progress. I sent the first 4 scouts to another (same) search and they have finished only 12% after the first day .... instead of usual 25.
Since it happend with me for the first time after the game have started, these caused some confusion .....
