Not getting a chance to open talks
Hi,

I put in a bid of just over 10mill for a goalkeeper but have not been given a chance to open talks.

The top 3 bids are

8.2mill
7.8mill
6.8mill

So mine would have been top.

I have nothing to say as to why you weren't given a chance to hold a negotiation talk with your targeted player even though you were the top bidder.

That must be a bug.

But how do you see who bidded on a player and their prize?

Check the basics first:

1) Did you bid, cancel and then re-bid?.
2) Have you got enough available funds?
3) Have you got enough available funds, plus any sell on fee?.
4) Have you got bids on other players?.

Has your transfer rating taken a recent hit and now too low?

I asked the manager who is selling the player what was bid.





It has taken a hit but sure the transfer rating was set at 0. Just checking with the selling manager.

Had you previously sold a player to the same manager ?

I dont know how this new 56 day rule works, but maybe thats it...?

Did you miss out a zero?!
