Staff negotiation
Hi guys, been trying to sign in a new staff but it is not working. Just telling me that "will get back to me as soon as possible."
please what should i do

This is the standard reply, he will only make a decision at the game updates.

updates are at 8.00 am and 20.00 GAME time

If you've just offered him a contract, and Im also assuming you have space for new staff, then the next 8pm update should see him join your club.

Also, dont try and negotiate the poultry signing on fee or their insignificant wage demands, they will only accept what they want. And tbh, it wouldnt be worth the hassle anyway, a 3k signing on fee is the least of your worries when compared to players signing on fees.

Did you offer exactly what they asked for, this usually happens when you haven't quite offered enough and need to push them to acceptance?

It's still "today" IAG time isn't it, so wait a few minutes until 8pm and see the response..
If the staff applicant is still considering then an increase is needed.
As Scotty said, staff updates are only at the 8pm update.

correct, but they wouldn't have got the response they did if they had only just offered the contract or did i misunderstand something especially as they posted the day after and didn't update the situation?

Maybe OP could say when they offered the contract to clarify?
