After returning to the game on and off over the last 15 years or so, I am now curious if due to the inflation issues on the previous version before the reset has 8501 been coded out of the game to prevent this issue reoccuring?

I don't know about 'coding it out' in the sense that 'club rating can get to 8500 and no further' but Ron has certainly made it extremely difficult (if not impossible) to even get that far.

A few on here have tried to crack it but I don't recall anyone getting much further than 8400, if that.

It took "euro my way" 20 seasons (nearly 4 years) to relegate himself to the 6501 staff,, so maybe you can attempt the relegation method for 30 or 40 seasons and see lol?

With a bit of luck and risk, sometimes having to play a midfielder as a striker due to an injury crisis, it took me less than 4 seasons to reach the 6501 staff, all without relegating myself or technically spending a penny

I don't have a young squad or maximum capacity stadium but it won't be too long before that improves and I can begin the push for 7501 staff

With all that said just advising you not to do the relegation method read the forums and use the transfer market and you will probably reach the 7501 before me
