Now that WAS shocking!

I think we'd all agree that waving imaginary cards in the air is abhorrent, trying to get yours peers in trouble. In light of the Derbyshire police confirming that Frank Lampard has told a pack of lies about 'spygate' I wonder if the FA will take action against a manager lying to try to cause trouble for a fellow manager. Surely this would be considered bringing the game into disrepute?

Frank Lampard: Our training was disturbed when police entered our training ground to eject the invader.

Derbyshire Police: We asked a man on public land to move along but no offense was commited. We never entered DCFC training ground.

Frank lampard: He had wire cutters and pliers to break in through our fence.

Derbyshire Police: He had no pliers or wire cutters and there was no damage.
