Transfer Rating shows 8 on bar but apparently is only 6 (?)
I want to bid on a player with 1 day left and it says my manager rating is too low to bid

on the side bar the green lights go up to 8 but when i hover over it it says 6 (?)

The transfer rating bar has a range of -10 to 10...

You're assuming it is 0-10, but it isn't.

That's because the green bar goes from -10 to +10. So 5 bars is zero.
