Club Profile Picture showing white photo
Hi,

When I try to upload my club crest it?s showing up as white when it shouldn?t be?

Please can someone help or give me some advice on how to fix it?

An obvious question to ask to start off with, but are you following the guidelines set out?

Large profile images are 200 x 200 pixels
Regular profile images are 80 x 80 pixels
Image formats gif, jpg or png only

Yes all guidelines followed and still not working

are you uploading from mobile or desktop?
try desktop.

Try refreshing your cache then have nother bash.

Having said that, I can see your club badge...

Yes all sorted now, needed to shrink it to 80x80 to get it to work

Thought that might be it- I had a similar issue with my profile picture, I had to shrink it down from the outstanding artwork that a fellow forum member (can't remember his name now- was it Wilson? Maybe Adam? Not sure) produced in News of the Worlds depicting almost a perfect likeness of me... once it went to 80x80 pixels it worked fine and before that it was just blank.
