Staff Contract Renegotiation.
I just got notification of staff contract renegotiation. but the notice says.

Dear andymo,

Unfortunately, we have been unable to agree terms with Kenny Ceurce for the position of assistant manager.

I offered all that he asked for . He still has 14 days left on contract, but I can not offer a new contract ? he is 46 years old . a bit confused here .

What message are you getting when you try to open negotiations with him?

All i can offer is termination

It looks as he wasn't offered a contract, Can you try and negotiate with him again please.

I can say Ive offered staff contracts and accidentally gave them the wage they wree already on.

This may something to do with this or may not be ...lol

I have asked to start negotiating contract.
