Odd youth leaving

Just got this message

Dear leamark,

As you know when a member of the youth academy reaches 18 we offer them an initial contract,
We have now heard back from Padraig Quinlan, youth team defender.
Unfortunately he has declined our offer of a place in the senior team and has now left the club.

Only thing is, I don?t have a youth by that name and none of my youths seem to have left. Odd

have you scouted for youths recently as for some reason the game still tries to promote players that have their 18th birthday whilst in your scout results whether you have them signed up in your youth academy?
