Youth reports + more An additional update to the youth system brings new engagement from youth coaches and some updates to youth design and distributions which we hope will improve manager experience.
- In the message that reminds the manager to renew the youth contract, the youth coach team will now attempt to provide an assessment of a youth's progress in the academy. This message will now be sent when there are 10 days remaining in the contract.
- Youth maximum potential is better aligned with senior attributes. This means that the highest a youth can train in the academy will more accurately provide information about senior potential. This will particularly assist with understanding the senior potential of the highest tiers of youths.
- Youth distributions have been tweaked to be more consistent with intentions. The chance of finding a diamond in the rough has been increased for all teams (previously this was unintentionally tilted to be much less common for lower quality teams) and the likelihood of finding very strong youths who are older has been reduced.
These improvements should add a new way of learning about your youth players (from the youth coach reports) and lead to an even better experience with recruiting and promoting players. We are excited to announce this update and look forward to hearing how you find these changes.
